Still keeping up with good work in the industry, the talented Nigerian rapper and stage performer, Lexzy B pulls through with this exhilarating melody termed "Egwu" which he requested the vocal support from two remarkable Nigerian songsters, Chilled and Eye C. This record truly deserves to be on the playlist of all music listener's out there.
Though he has been performing since the age of 8. Lexzy B began a more serious quest to stardom why briefly, studying public administration at university of Lagos in Nigeria, prior to attending Unilag he started composing, singing and rapping, as well as staged his own shows in the Kaduna campus and other universities. Throughout Nigeria. all this led him performing a rap act called Y2G (for young 2nd Generation) which he won the best hip hop rap act for 2straight years in a freestyle competition in the Kaduna polytechnic Campus. Y2G eventually recorded an album called “THE INVERSION” in 2004 due to the management problems and all the could not released it to be marketed. Three years later Lexzyb left the group to go solo, and relocated to Lagos Nigeria, his first single “fear fear” was released as a promo track in 2007 ” fear fear” eventually become part of an album entitled “F.A.L.L” which stands ” For All Lexzy’s Lovers” Lexzy B also counts amongst his favorite artistes such as Ludacris, Lil Wayne, Rick ross and Drake, as well as Nigeria hip hop stars 2Baba, M.I, Phyno and Zoro in addition to rapping. LexzyB aka Idomaboy brings his brand of culture (tribe) rap combined with hip hop and dancehall beats to the world that can be his stage. He has also done some acting and body building, and want to save the world from HIV, as well as raise awareness about the less privileged in the society. Lexzy B thinks that Nigeria music industry's has become well recognized throughout Africa and the rest of the world. With acts like P-square and the aforementioned Tuface Idibia having opened the door to that worldwide recognition, LexzyB would take it to the next level with his cross-cultural brand of rap.
