Aayo, whose real name is Ayodeji Akinde, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter born on 7th December 1993. His journey into music began in the vibrant city of Lagos, Nigeria.
Aayo grew up surrounded by music and worship in his C&S church, where he sang in the choir, played the drums, and performed at various events—experiences that ignited his deep love for music.
In 2016, he moved to the U.S. in search of growth and clarity, ultimately realizing that music was his true calling. Now back in Nigeria, Aayo is dedicated to transforming his passion into purpose.
