Goodnews Ndukwe

Goodnews Ndukwe was born on 24th June 1992 in Aba, Abia state, Nigeria, where he also grew up. He hails from Amaokwe item bende local government area in Abia state, Nigeria. His father, Rev Dr Godswill Ndukwe, is the founder of the latter rain Pentecostal church, which head quarter is based in Aba, Abia state and from an early age, he helped his son, Goodnews, to develop a love for both music and the gospel. Like every good father, he was of great influence in the life of Goodnews.

Growing up, Goodnews was also inspired by Frank Edwards, a prominent Nigerian gospel music icon. As time passed, Goodnews began sensing a deep yearning within. The singer is happily married to his beautiful wife, Onyinyechi Ndukwe, with his son, King David Chinazaekpere.
