Bexter Richardson is a Liberian-American artist. ‎Bex, who is based in Baltimore and the DMV, is more than just a musician—he’s a mentor and community builder. Through his LiBx Records Foundation, he’s been giving back by supporting underprivileged youths with mentorship, education, and rehabilitation, helping them find better paths in life.
