Manchester United's Wayne Rooney, Rates Barcelona's Lionel Messi Above Juventus' Cristiano Ronaldo

Wayne Rooney, in a recent interview, has revealed he would love to see Lionel Messi in the Premier League, rating him above ex-team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo and admitting the Barcelona legend will win another Ballon d’Or award, if he joined Manchester City or Manchester United.
